Classes can be scheduled for groups of adults and children interested in exploring pathways towards mindfulness and meditation. These sessions can be scheduled at community centers, camps, after school programs & more.

1:1 Sessions (offered remotely)

One-on-one sessions are perfect for beginners and seasoned practitioners alike + allow you to deep dive into your personal practice.

All 1:1 sessions are offered remotely via zoom and can be scheduled at your convenience.
